Adopt Jackson: A cool salt and pepper boy

10/15/2015 – Jackson has been adopted!!!

Jackson is a 23 pound male Mini. He is a beautiful silver gray boy, but could stand to lose about 5 pounds. He was surrendered by his owner because he is very protective of her and she was concerned about him being around her nieces and nephews. He needs a strong, experienced owner to teach him manners around strangers. He did well at the photo shoot, even though all the people and dogs were strangers to him. He liked the people attention, and got along well with the other dogs. He is only about 2 years and 10 months old so he deserves a second chance. He has been fine in his foster home, so perhaps a companion dog would help him. He seems to be house trained.

Jackson (Schnauzer) for adoption

Jackson is neutered, he is up to date on his shots (rabies, distemper and kennel cough), vet checked, heartworm tested negative and on preventative while in rescue, and micro chipped. If you would like to meet Jackson, complete the adoption application.
