06/24/2016 – Angel has been adopted! 
Angel is a small black terrier mix who was picked up as a stray on the mean streets of Amarillo TX. She only weighs about 10 ½ pounds, but she is a feisty little girl even though she is about 8 years old. We cleaned her teeth, but had to pull several of the few that she had. She is recovering well, transitioning from canned food to moistened kibble. She is a smart little girl, quickly learning the way from her kennel to ”outside” and keeping her exercise pen clean. She goes out with other dogs gets along well with them. She also did well with the new humans she met last week when we took her pictures.
Angel is spayed, she is up to date on her vaccinations (rabies, distemper and kennel cough), vet checked, heartworm tested negative and on preventative while in rescue, and micro chipped.
