Schneider the Schnauzer arrived in rescue yesterday. After he gets vetted, this approximately 6 year old mini with a tail (!) will be available for adoption.
A wonderful woman learned that Schneider’s family was trying to rehome him on Craigslist. Knowing the real dangers of giving a dog away that way, she asked to take the dog and find rescue instead. As you can see, this sweet loving boy was a hot mess when she got him. She got him looked at by a vet tech and they cleaned him up. We’ll finish caring for any vet needs he has this coming week.
Schneider is cat and kid tested, and passed both with flying colors. He’s a really nice boy who would love some stability for his bright future.
