Peto was adopted!

Peto (Mini Schnauzer adopted)

❤️ Happy Tail! ❤️ This cutie found himself in rescue for just a few days. Peto happened to come to us at the exact moment a former adoptive family was looking for a new friend to fill their hearts after losing their prior rescue dog to old age. The perfect match was made as you can see from the smiles in this photo. ?

Teddy was adopted!

Teddy (Mini Schnauzer adopted)

Happy Tail!!! ???? Our very own Facebook (and volunteer #1) Susan recently fell in love with this loving surrendered dog. Actually, the whole family fell in love with Teddy, and it took all but a day or two to know this schnauzer was to join their pack at Camp Schnauzer Bowser. Have you seen his videos yet? He’s such a ladies’ man!

Jack & Rufus were adopted!

Rufus & Jack (Mini Schnauzers adopted)

Happy Two-Fer Tail! Jack and Rufus were not a bonded pair, and in fact were in separate foster homes, but their new family met both of them at our recent meet and greet, and fell for the boys. They are both such sweet boys, and they have fallen quickly into brotherhood and are loving their new life with these amazing people. Major Monday Happy Dance in order!! ???

Mowgli was adopted!

Mowgli (Terrier Mix) Adopted

Happy Tail! This little guy traveled a long way to find his perfect home, and last week his dream came true. His new mom loves him dearly, and he and his new brother are having a blast playing and then relaxing on the window seat and conducting “neighborhood watch.” Haha!! ?

Amadeus was adopted!

Amadeus (Mini Schnauzer adopted)

Happy Tail! Amadeus came to rescue from a local shelter where he was so frightened. He needed a special and patient human to give him a chance, and that person found him! Amadeus and his wonderful new momma have become quite the duo, and together they are making beautiful music….although his sounds a little bit like a schnauzer bark! Ha!! ?

Emmett and Eloise were adopted!

Emmett & Eloise (Adopted Terrier Mix Dogs)

Happy Tails! We love two-fer adoptions, and this one is very special. Elouise and Emmett came into rescue together, but weren’t a bonded pair. They did however become close friends quickly and loved playing together. Their new family wanted to meet both of them to see who got along best with their existing dog, Max. Well, they quickly saw how much these two loved each other, and all 3 dogs got along swimmingly, so a two-fer adoption it was!! Woohoo!! ???

* only mom is pictured here, but dad and two brothers also complete the pack ?

Jake & Jasper were adopted!

Jake & Jasper (Mini Schnauzers adopted)

Happy Tail x 2!! Jake and Jasper have found the perfect forever home! Their new dads fell in love with this senior pair almost immediately. They have a fragile older schnauzer brother, and watching the three dogs interact brings tears to your eyes. J&J are so gentle with their new brother and frequently all 3 are happily snuggling together on the doggie pillow right by the back door. Now that’s what we call the happiest of tails! ???

Zeke was adopted!

Zeke (Mini Schnauzer adopted)

Happy Tail! It’s Monday, we need more good news to make us smile wide. Zeke (on the right) joins rescue alumnus, Pickles, in an amazing forever home. He has a great big back yard, a doggie door he’s learning to use, a cute sister, and a mom and dad (missed dad in the photo shoot!) who dote on their pups. Mom is even a groomer so she makes sure these cuties have beautiful eyelashes to show off their pretty eyes. This calls for a happy dance! ??

Wyndham was adopted!

Wyndy (Terrier Mix) adopted

Happy Tail! Wyndham, now named Bowie, has found an amazing forever home! This cute little schnauzer wannabe caught the eye of his new mom who had adopted from us before. She was looking for a schnauzer, but Wyndy, with his cute natural mohawk, kept popping up in her news feed. She came to meet him at our recent meet and greet and she realized he was “the one.” The first photo she took of him shortly after he arrived at her home was him sleeping on the kitchen floor right behind her. She realized later that there was a little rainbow right above his head from the sun’s reflection, so Bowie was named and he’s finally home!! Woohoo! ?
