Snowy is a small white Mini Schnauzer who is looking for a great loving home. We think he is about 5 years old, but since he was found running as a stray we can’t be sure, and he seems very youthful. He likes to play, so a canine companion would be great. He is tiny at just over 9 pounds, and has been called an escape artist, so a secure fence is important. He is very social, so a loving, cuddly human is a necessity. He is a little barky, like he can’t contain his excitement at seeing you/being alive/saying hi to other dogs, so the ideal home would probably not be an apartment or condo. He is working on changing this bad habit, but he just so enthusiastic that it will probably take a while and some consistent training with a lot of great treats! He is definitely crate trained, and his first foster mom said he was very good in the house, but we are still learning about his housetraining. He just loves chewies.
Snowy is neutered, he is up to date on his vaccinations (rabies, distemper and kennel cough), vet checked, heartworm tested negative and on preventative while in rescue, and micro chipped.
