Kit Kat was found running as a stray in very poor condition in Las Vegas. She decided to move to Colorado to look for her loving “forever” home. We think she is about 9 years old and she weighs about 14 pounds. We are working to put some weight on this little girl. She has a moderate heart murmur, but we cleaned her teeth (and had to pull a few) while she was in rescue and that seems to have made a big difference in how she feels. When she first came into rescue, she seemed to sleep all the time, but now she is interested in moderate playing and going outside to explore. She is also eating better. She loves people attention and gets along well with other dogs.
Kit Kat is spayed, she is current on her vaccinations (rabies, distemper and kennel cough), vet checked, heartworm tested negative and on preventative while in rescue, and micro chipped. If you would like to meet Kit Kat, go to cominischnauzerrescue.com and complete the on-line adoption application. We will give you a call to set up a time to bring Kit Kat for a visit.
