06/08/2015 – Joey has been adopted!!!
Joey is an 11 year old puppy mill survivor. He has been in rescue a long time, and unfortunately he has been adopted and returned three times. Joey is in a wonderful foster home now and they are making big strides with him. He gets along well with their three schnauzers and loves his foster Dad. They are being successful in house training him. He is not a very active guy, but he does like to wander around in the back yard with his foster Dad and foster "pack." He doesn’t walk on a leash though. Joey will bark when his foster people leave or come home, but quiets quickly.
Joey is neutered, he is up to date on his shots (rabies, distemper, and kennel cough), vet checked, heartworm tested negative and on preventative while in rescue, and he is micro chipped. If you would like to give Joey the love and retirement home he deserves, complete the adoption application. You will receive an email acknowledging receipt and we will give you a call after we review your application, to set up a time to bring Joey for a visit.
