02/15/2016 – Bear has been adopted! 
Bear is a little 11 month old black and tan terrier mix. He was surrendered by his owner in Houston because they had no time for him. He is a little timid with people but loves to play with other small dogs. He is calm for a puppy, perhaps a little scared, but will sit on the side of the action and watch, even though he has a lot of energy. He loves to be held and will cuddle with anyone who shows him love and attention. He was a hit at his photo session. He weighs about 16 pounds.
Bear is neutered, up to date on his vaccinations (rabies, distemper and kennel cough), vet checked, heartworm tested negative and on preventative while in rescue, and micro chipped.
