01/03/2015 – Spike has been adopted!!!
My name is Spike and I am a small (11 pounds) black and white parti colored mini schnauzer. Parti colored schnauzers are the latest thing. It means I have big black and white splotches on my body instead of just a black or white fur coat. I am looking for my retirement home as I am about 9 or 10 years old. I was relinquished to a local shelter after only 2 days because I don’t like young noisy children. I enjoy sitting in my foster Mom’s lap or next to her on the couch and watching TV or the backyard activities through the window.
Spike is neutered, he is up to date on his shots (rabies, distemper, and kennel cough), vet checked, heartworm tested negative and on preventative while in rescue, and micro chipped. If you would like to meet Spike, complete the adoption application. When you are finished, you can email it to Susan or fax it to her at the number on the application. After reviewing your application, she will give you a call to set up a time to bring Spike for a visit.
