Sugar (Aka Cricket) was adopted!

 Happy Puppy Tail!  This sweet pup came to rescue on a snowy weekend earlier this winter. After the “Susans” seriously contemplated arm wrestling for her () we reached out to a wonderful family who adopted a senior boy from us a couple of years ago. They had been waiting to bring a new family member into their lives. Well, Cricket was immediately welcomed into the family, and Tucker the dog even likes her! Puppy kisses all around! Woot!! 

Heinz was adopted!

❤️ Happy Tail! ❤️ Heinz arrived in rescue in fairly rough shape. He was surrendered after something happened to his elderly owner who obviously had not been able to provide a lot of care for this sweet boy, other than feeding Heinz too much.

Then an amazing couple asked to meet him and they loved him right away. We took a walk during the visit and Heinz was a dream. For such a big boy his energy is great! Well, he was adopted that day and his new dad reports that they do daily walks in their beautiful neighborhood and that Heinz is up to a couple of miles. This smiling boy lucked out for sure! 🐶🎉🐾

Chloe was adopted!

 Happy Tail!  Oh my goodness, we are so far behind in posting adoption collages. We have had lots of adoptions, so here we go!!

Sweet Chloe came from a local shelter where she’d been surrendered due to a bad skin condition. This sweet young girl came to rescue right around the holidays. She pretty quickly found a family who were very interested in helping her heal up and being her forever home. Chloe is living a wonderful life now and getting tons of love. Her skin condition is all cleared up and her fur has grown in and is soft as can be. Her happily ever after is well under way 

Micah (aka Sammie) was adopted!

❤️ Happy Tail! ❤️ We’ve been so busy with adoptions that we have a backlog of happily ever afters to share 🎉 Let’s start with this sweet little girl who somehow found herself in a rural shelter. She arrived as Micah, but these former adopters have named her Sammie. Sammie is loved by one and all, including her new big brother Milo who also came from our rescue. This little one has a great future! 💕🐶🐾
