Day 10: The 12 Days of Happy Tails! 🐶
❤️ Happy Tail! ❤️ Sampson was an older boy who was with us a looong time due to the fact that he came to us truly terrified. Poor Sampson didn’t even really like to be outside except to do his business, then he would quickly retreat to the safety of his crate. We didn’t know what caused this fear, but we counted Sampson as one who would just live out his days in our homes. But then a former foster asked to meet Sampson and a real connection was made. He’s still a timid boy, but his new person is patient and calm and slowly but surely Sampson is relaxing. There truly is a perfect home for every dog….sometimes it just takes a bit longer to find that home. This is the beauty of rescue – a dog has that time 🐾🐶💕
