Porter has been adopted! 
Porter (previously Porkey) is a 13 year old tan/white male Yorkie/Maltese mix who was surrendered by his disabled owner when she had to move in with her daughter. The daughter has dogs and the other male dog and Porter were fighting. Porter has only been in rescue for a few days, but he seems to be a calm, social little boy. He is housetrained and knows how to use a doggie door. He likes people especially when they pet and cuddle him. He enjoys playing with his toys and going for walks.
Porter is neutered, up to date on his shots (rabies, distemper and kennel cough), vet checked, heartworm tested negative and on preventative while in rescue, and microchipped. If you would like to meet Porkey, and hopefully give him another name
