12/10/2015 – Chloe has been adopted!!!
Chloe is a small female terrier/Cairn mix that came into rescue from a local shelter. At 6 years old, her owner relinquished her to a local shelter when she developed diabetes. She is about 6 years old, and had been with her owner since she was 8 weeks old! She seems to be very well regulated and takes her insulin shots well. Her eyesight has been affected a little from the diabetes, but she can still see well enough to confidently jump on her foster mom’s bed where she sleeps every night! She is a beautiful brindle color and loves people attention. She gets along well with other dogs, but doesn’t seem very interested in toys. She weighs in at not quite 18 pounds. She does require a special food and two insulin shots each day to keep her healthy.
Chloe is spayed, she is up to date on her shots (rabies, distemper, and kennel cough), vet checked, heartworm tested negative and on preventative while in rescue, and micro chipped. If you would like to meet Chloe, go to www.cominischnauzerrescue.
