01/18/2015 – Zoey has been adopted!!!
Zoey is about 8 years old. She was probably a breeder dog in Oklahoma. She was found wandering alone on a rural road. She is a sweet, affectionate little dog. Weighing in at just over 13 pounds, she is a little on the small side. Zoey is an active little girl and loves to wander around in her fenced-in backyard chasing squirrels and rabbits. For a breeder dog, she is very social, even with complete strangers, and with both men and women. She is good with other dogs, and would probably make a good companion to and existing small dog.
Zoey is spayed, she is up to date on her vaccinations (rabies, distemper and kennel cough), vet checked, heartworm tested negative and on preventative medicine while in rescue and micro chipped. Zoey’s teeth have been cleaned while in rescue and she did lose a number, although she still eats dry kibble. If you are interested in meeting Zoey, complete the adoption application. When you are finished, you can email it to Susan or fax it to her at the number on the application. After reviewing your information, she will give you a call to set up a time to bring Zoey for a visit.
