Riley was surrendered by his owners because they were having difficulties handling his diabetes. They loved him very much and were sad to let him go, but felt it was best for him. They sent him with a lot of info about his past and preferences. Riley is about 9 years old, and weighs about 14.5 pounds. He is a beautiful black and silver color and is stylin’ with a curly Mohawk cut. He gets along fine with other dogs in his foster home. When he came into rescue, we got him on some good canned food for diabetic dogs and he has been doing well. He loves the food and he doesn’t have any trouble with his shots! He also has had his teeth cleaned and cared for while in rescue.
