wants to thank all who provide foster homes. 
He knows personally that fostering saves two dogs — the one being fostered, and the one who can take that open slot in the rescue. Since he was once a foster dog himself, he’s also going to be extra sweet to his foster sister Claire Bear when she comes home from the vet today after getting spayed and her teeth cleaned.
