The adorable and snugly Lily is available for adoption!
Lily is a 3 to 5 year old female white toy poodle/doxy/maltese? mix. She is another sweet little dog who came all the way from Houston to escape being euthanized for being heartworm positive. She is a happy little girl who loves to be with her people and give them kisses. She gets along well with other small dogs. She is not much of a toy dog, but does like treats.
Lily is spayed, she is up to date on her shots (rabies, distemper and kennel cough, vet checked, and micro chipped. She has been treated for the heartworms. When she is adopted, rescue will retest her for heartworms in 4 to 6 months. One treatment is usually sufficient to get rid of the heartworms, but rescue will pay for any retreatment that might be necessary.
