Adopt Cisco: a friendly pal

05/24/2015 – Cisco has been adopted!!!

Cisco is a sweet little 7-8 year old male miniature schnauzer who is looking for a loving home. He is doing well in his foster home and enjoys going outside to play with another foster dog in the home. Cisco came into rescue in 2013 after he was picked up running as a stray in a local suburb. His people never came to pick him up at the shelter, so he came into rescue. He was adopted by a retired lady last summer. He had a lovely fenced in backyard that he loved and a doggie door that let him go outside whenever he wanted, and they went for walks in the neighborhood almost every day. He enjoyed sleeping with his mom. Sadly, the lady recently passed away, so Cisco came back into rescue. Cisco’s mom recently passed away and he came back to our rescue. He’s a wonderful boy! Super sweet, gorgeous, quiet, potty trained, and already used to living in a home. The Cisco kid won’t be hanging around in rescue long we just know it! ❤🐶

Cisco is neutered, he is up to date on his shots (rabies, distemper and kennel cough), vet checked, heartworm tested negative and on preventative while in rescue, and micro chipped. He weighed in at 22 pounds at his vet visit this morning. He is schedule to have his teeth cleaned tomorrow. If you would like to meet Cisco, complete the online adoption application. You will receive a receipt email when we receive the application. We will give you a call to set up a time to bring Cisco for a visit.
